  Phoned up to see if they had 2 dukes I was interested in and they said one was there and the other one was in the compound so it wouldn't be a problem.
  I phoned as it was 78 miles away .
  Got down there and only one was gone the other one was sold.dont know how it was sold In such a short space of time!
  Done a deal on the juke and I pointed out the stone chips and damage to the centre console.
  They said this will all be Done before picking up 5 days later.
  Then I get a message to say it would be later on the following day after 12.15.
  When I get down there I looked around the car and there were stone chips not done.
  I pointed these out and he went in and see some one.
  He come out and said you never pointed out those we only done the ones you pointed out and it is a used car!!!!! Yes only 3 years though.
  If you want to come back they can be done.
  I declined his offer as I thought they would do all the stone chips not just the ones I pointed out at the time.also I thought a 320 mile round trip was enough.
  The salesman said he would get me a touch up pen sent in the post.
  Well an e mail I recieved on the 21/9/17 said it come in the day before.
  It's now the 29th and still not recieved it.
  
  I wish I would have spent a few more pounds and got some where more helpful and professional. My brother loves the juke and is seriously thinking about getting one but it won't be from Glyn Hopkins Cambridge.
  They are good at taking the money but after sales is very poor.
  If the touch up stick ever turns up I will let you know but don't hold you breath.
